refunds

Every shirt is custom made to order with the number you chose. It is not returnable and not exchangeable. That includes changing your mind and picking the wrong size. Please use the size chart before ordering.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. The price and the size are shown again on the payment page and must be confirmed there, because that is the last point at which either can be changed.

We will replace or refund, at our option, an order that arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or is not the item ordered. Email us within 30 days of delivery with the order ID and a photo.

If an order never arrives, we will replace it or refund it. Email us once tracking has shown no movement for 10 days.

A refund goes back to the original card used for payment.
